Wanita to monitor i-Sinar implementation – Norshida

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 12 – The abolition of i-Sinar withdrawal conditions as announced by Minister of Finance Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz yesterday will certainly relieve the applicants.
Wanita Information Chief Datuk Norshida Ibrahim said as a result of continued pressure from the leadership of political parties, including UMNO, and netizens throughout the country has had an impact on the wishes of those who apply for unconditional EPF withdrawal through the i-Sinar.
UMNO women also consistently voice their demands as they are aware of economic problems faced by the rakyat amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
‘Wanita will monitor and scrutinize the implementation of the withdrawal so that those who apply do not face any other difficulties later,” he said in a media statement to UMNO-Online, here today.
Norshida added that the party is aware and knows that it will time to streamline the effort but it is hoped that it will not last long so that the people will no longer be burdened with problems and other bureaucratic measures.
“We understand and listen to the grievances of the people and thank the government for listening to them. Make wise use of the withdrawal during this hard times of COVID-19. Each and every one of us has to play a role in containing the pandemic chain. God willing.”
