KUALA LUMPUR, May 6 – UMNO has proven its credibility in championing the people and country since it was formed 75 years ago, said vice-president Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid.

He said this demonstrates how the party remains strong with members strongly uphold its principles.

“I am sure the party will get stronger than before as members and leadership move together steering it on the right track. we will celebrate its diamond jubilee.

“I would like to take this opportunity to wish UMNO a happy anniversary. Not many parties in the world can sustain that 75 years existence,” he said

The Padang Terap Member of Parliament also hoped the coming Aidilfitri celebration will be held moderately amid Covid-19 pandemic.

“Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all of you,” he said.
