KUALA LUMPUR, June 30 – Puteri Chief Datuk Zahida Zarik Khan said if the government allows factories to operate as usual during this Movement Control Order (MCO), there is no reason for them not to reconvene the Parliament session.

“Stop giving lame excuse. This is about the country and the people. Check and balance is important for transparency, integrity and responsibility,” she said in a FB posting.

 

The King had yesterday said the Parliament session must be called immediately as stipulated in Article 150(3) of the Federal Constitution.
