MELAKA, Nov 21 – Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi paid his tribute to Melaka voters for giving trust in Barisan Nasional during the just concluded state election.

The BN chairman said it was a clear signal how the people will translate that trust into votes in the coming general election.

 

“Praise Allah, this victory is meaningful to BN since the people are coming back to us. BN will abide by their choice of political stability not only for Melaka but the whole nation in GE15.

“They have shown confidence in stability for prosperity as envisaged in our manifesto,” he said here, today.

He also praised and thanked the party leadership and the machinery for putting up a tireless effort to secure the victory.

“Let me congratulate our election director Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan and the rest of party leadership, and also to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob. Also to presidents of MCA and MIC and not forgetting BN’s Advisory Council Advisor Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak”.
