Johorians want stability under BN’s rule

BAKRI, Feb 6 – Secretary-General Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan said many Johorians have expressed their desire to achieve stability under Barisan Nasional’s administration and will use this state election as a medium to secure that.
“They want a stable state Johor and this was conveyed to me during a dialogue session with them… they wanted us to win and that’s why our machinery is working hard.
“I see the spirit and the new resurgence of Umno and BN Johor to make up for previous defeats. It is evidence during my visit to many parts of the state,” he said after attending a meeting with Bakri Umno division led by its chief Mohd Fuad Tukirin.
The Pontian MP had earlier visited Ledang and Muar divisions. He was also in Kulai, Pengerang, Mersing, Kota Tinggi, Tebrau and Tenggara the previous day.
Ahmad said he is satisfied with the outcome of the meetings.
“I would like to see a thorough preparation made by Umno headquarters and the state. I was shown with the latest data already available in every Parliamentary constituency.
“Hope all PDMs (district polling centers) comply with it to secure victory for all BN candidates,” he said.
