SEPANG, Sept 26 – Secretary-General Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan says whoever leads the nation must be brave and brilliant enough, including women as they have what it takes to quash away the lies and slanders by the Opposition, notably Pakatan Harapan.

He says whoever becomes the government, PH will not back down from their tactics of demonising and ridiculing them.

“They are cunning enough. That is why we need smart leaders who can thawrt their dirty political game,” he says at the ‘Women Re-Energize Leadership Development’ here.

The Pontian MP also says for that purpose, the party needs more capable women leaders, and he seconded the notion to field 30 per cent women candidates in the next general election.
