INFORMATION Chief Isham Jalil refuted some allegations that Umno will amend its constitution to avoid any contest to its president and deputy president posts.

He said the rumor was the job of certain quarters who wanted to wreck Umno unity by creating confusion among its members.

“Any member can contest any position if he or she is eligible,” he said.
