PONTIAN Member of Parliament who is also Deputy Finance Minister Ahmad Maslan will take on Hasni Mohamad as the division chief in the party election.

Hasni, the MP for Simpang Renggam has held the post for over 20 years.

“I will take him on in a friendly competition.

“I am offering myself as the new division chief, and its up to the Pontian delegates,” he said at the Parliament on Monday.
