A NEW law firm has taken over as solicitors for SRC International Sdn Bhd, Gandingan Mentari Sdn Bhd and Jendela Pinggiran Sdn Bhd’s RM16 million suit against Umno in the High Court.

As such, Messrs Gan, Ho and Razlan Hadri will be taking over the case from Messrs Rosli Dahlan Saravana Partnership.

Following this, the new firm was given an extension by judicial commissioner Datuk Raja Ahmad Mohzanuddin Shah Raja Mohzan on Thursday (March 2) to submit the necessary papers.

He also fixed March 22 for further case management.
