BARISAN Nasional (BN) will contest more than 100 seats in the six state elections on August 12, said its chairman Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
“The amount is slightly more than 100,” he said in Putrajaya today.
The Deputy Prime Minister also said BN will announce its list of candidates on July 21 for Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah, Penang, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
The Election Commisson has set July 29 for nomination day and polling on August 12.
