FORMER Supreme Council member Nazri Aziz did not discount any possibilities of coming back to politics in the 16th general elections.

Nazri, 72, did not defend his seat in Padang Rengas parliamentary seat in the last general elections but is more than ready now to make a comeback should the party needs him.

“I am still Padang Rengas Umno chief… let’s see how it goes,” he told BH today.

Nazri who was minister at the Prime Minister’s Department (in charge of law and Parliament) was Padang Rengas MP for six terms.

He completed his term as Malaysia’s ambassador to the United States last February.
