KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 – The party leadership is full of courage when it selected more young candidates for the Melaka state election (PRN), said Information Chief Shahril Hamdan.
Together with the more experienced, their capability will be put tested on how they could provide good service to the people.
“This is the uniqueness of BN this time around, in addition to the concept of solidarity in the coalition and the Malaysian Family, which also sees eight seats to be shared with the component parties,” he said in a Facebook posting.
He also said all candidates, especially the young ones will still need the cooperation, assistance and support of the entire party machinery.
“I am confident that each of them is ready and open to any cooperation, not for personal gain but to ensure the success of the party,” he said while congratulating them.
“All candidates have their own advantages… party supporters are also determined to promote them, especially in the new normal.”
Shahril also cited two main issues clarified once again today.
“First, the Chief Minister candidate from BN is Datuk Seri Sulaiman Md Ali.
“Secondly, all candidates sign an affidavit not to jump the party and accept legal action on default,” he said adding that both will ensure stability as a major theme in the BN.
