KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 13 – Information Chief Shahril Hamdan said those who bicker to the extent of toppling their own 22-month government had nothing to do with Umno

In fact, he said the one who changed the Menteri Besar himself in less than a year was also not Umno.

“The one who often changes the state party chairman is not Umno. Those who postpone and cancel projects that are supposed to benefit the people of Johor, are also not Umno.

“Those who threatened to press the button to force the Johor State Election (PRN) are not from Umno. The one who lured people to jump to the point of forcing the Melaka PRN was not Umno too,” he said.

On the other hand, Shahril said that political stability is only synonymous with Umno.

“Other competing parties can try to promote other narratives. The people are increasingly aware that whatever the shortcomings are, stability and governance capability are always with Umno,” he said  in a FB posting.
