SECRETARY-General Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan said this coming General Assembly will have its own significant, especially in preparing the party for the state election.

The states of Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah and Penang will have respective election soon.

There are the states that did not participate in the last general election.

Meanwhile, Umno executive secretary Datuk Mohd Sumali Reduan said the coming general assembly will see more participants from the previous ones.

“Besides those delegates and party top brass, thousands of members will throng the venue (WTC) next week.”
