THE sacking of Noh Omar and Khairy Jamaluddin last Friday is constitutional, said Information Chief Isham Jalil.

The Supreme Council, he said did not interfere with the findings of the Disiplinary Board, so are the party President and other committees.

“The Board conducts its probe into reports against the two, especially what they did during campaigning period of the 15the general election.

“Another 25 members in vaious states were also sacked for standing as Independents and for supporting the opponent parties,” he said.

Noh had contested that he was not called up by the board and was not given any notice or letter regarding the matter.
