Supreme Council to take more actions

MORE are expected to face disciplinary action when the Supreme Council meets later today.

A party source says it is related to the battle for the Umno Youth chief’s position.

“Members in the party’s youth wing aligned to current chief Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki and those who support his former deputy Shahril Hamdan, who was recently suspended for six years, are already said to be waging  battle in an attempt to wrest the coveted post.

“Some will be suspended.

“Those aligned to party president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi have a significant advantage as they have the might of the party machinery behind them,” claimed the source.

Let’s wait for the outcome tonight.
