PEKAN Umno division has lodged a police report over a memo on former premier Najib Razak’s case.

Believing there was a power misappropriation, its chief Mohammad Fakhruddin Mohd Ariff said based on the leaked Attorney-General memo, its says Najib prosecution has no basis.

“I urge all parti leaders in my division to lodge a police report.

“The memo dated 10 October 2019 by the key prosecutor Jamil Aripin in the IPIC case involving Najib.

“It clearly indicates that Najib’s prosecution was done without any evidence and witness.”
