KEDAH Umno will go on the ground in a ‘Jelajah Bongkar’ tour to encourage the people to evaluate the performance of the Perikatan Nasional state government.

Umno vice-president Johari Abdul Ghani said the party would present facts to the people, so that they could evaluate the performance of elected representatives that they voted for during the previous general election and state election.

“Under the programme, we will go to the ground and present to the people what is factual and what are slander and deception.

“This is what has been planned by Kedah Umno liaison committee chairman Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid and all the 15 Umno divisions in the state.

“The objective of this tour is to remind all Kedahans of how crucial it is for them to carefully evaluate the performance of each leader that they have chosen as elected representatives,” he told reporters after launching the tour at Menara MPSPK Sungai Petani on Sunday.
