UMNO Supreme Council is suggested to convene a special meeting soon to discuss the addendum on former premier Najib razak.

The meeting should be held following an affidavit by Najib’s son Nizar Najib, says Supreme Council member Puad Zarkashi.

“Yes, the Supreme Council must discuss it at length.

“The new affidavit by Nizar proofs the authenticy of affidavits by Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (Umno president) and Pahang Menteri Besar Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail, and that it is not a hearsay,” he said in a statement.

Nizar had earlier filed an affidavit on the addendum issued by the 16th King which stated, among others, allowing Najib to continue his sentence under house arrest.

He also claimed that the matter was conveyed to him by Pahang Sultan (the former Yang di-Pertuan Agong) Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin al-Mustafa Billah Shah recently.
