Outsiders want BN to expel MCA – Ka Siong

MCA president Wee Ka Siong revealed that certain “outsiders” have suggested that Umno expel MCA from BN.

He said MCA is “waiting” for Umno’s decision.

Without mentioning names, Wee said some who were never part of BN now are being chummy with Umno.

Ironically, he said they are the ones who have been accusing MCA of betraying the Chinese just because they are close with Umno.

“At that time, MCA was blamed because of you (Umno). We were labelled as the Chinese traitors, accused of being too close to you, and such accussations came from outsiders.

“And now they are inciting BN to expel MCA.

“We just wait,” the Ayer Hitam Member of Parliament said.

He made the statement in an interview with a Chinese newpaper. It was uploaded on Facebook account.

He said, those ‘outsiders’ are not even members of BN but they hold several positions in Umno and the government.

“No, we are not jealous of them.”

He added when certain Umno leaders came with statements, the outsiders will usually support them.

“Should BN entertain them?

“If BN has the history of expelling any other parties, it will not survive until today,” he said.

While not naming the ‘outsiders’, he is believed to be referring to MCA’s nemesis DAP which is trying to lure the Chinese votes.

“MCA will remain as a BN component, which is part of the ruling government,” he said.

MCA has two MPs. Apart from Wee, it also has Wee Jeck Seng for Tanjung Piai constituency.
