BARISAN Nasional Chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi says the coalition has never discussed with Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) to form a new government with Perikatan Nasional (PN).

On a statement by Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Abang Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Abang Haji Openg, he says there is no formal discussion on the subject.

“All BN Members of Parliament, meanwhile have signed an oath and gave their mandate to me as the party president to decide on matters like this.

“Those who breach the oath will be punished severely,” he says today.
