UMNO President Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said he is open to difference of opinion but cannot tolerate when someone tries to tarnish the party’s integrity.
The Deputy Prime Minister said this is because he puts the party’s unity at the utmost.
“I do celebrate difference of opinion but when the party’s integrity is at stake, I won’t tolerate,” he said in an interview with Bernama yesterday.
He also said the unity of the party is most important to place it on a more formidable platform, notably after what had happened during the last two general elections. – Bernama
