UMNO condemns the Israeli regime atrocities against the Palestinians in Gaza, said secretary-general Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki.

He said the onslaught that killed thousands of Palestinians, notably women and children is indeed a crime and must not be internationally supported.

“Umno is very grateful to our president Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi for tabling a motion in the Parliament on this matter, which is supported by all Parlimentarians of irrespective ideology,” he said when launching a donation campaign to help the plight of the Palestinians.

“In the name of human right, Umno urges the international community to deplore Israel and provide assistance to the Palestinians,” he said in a statement.
