RUMORS that Zahid Hamidi will pass on the party presidency post to former vice president Hishammuddin Hussein over health reasons, are not true.

Supreme Council member Lokman Adam said the issue didnt arise although some rumor mongers had earlier made prediction that the Deputy Prime Minister will resign from the party post after undergoing a surgery.

“In any political organisations, the deputy president is the successor should the president resigns,” he said.
