PARTI Amanah Negara (Amanah) president, Mohamad Sabu reminds his party members not to add salt to Umno’s wound by making disparaging remarks against Amanah’s ally in the Unity Government.

He said, whatever befalls Umno may also happens to other parties, including Amanah.

Umno, he said is facing some financial problems amid its restructuring process.

“When we are in power, leaders usually come under pressure not only to safeguard the party’s interest but also facing many other challenges in order to protect its position.

“In this manner, power scuffle and positions in the GLCs are among those challenges, but its normal,” he said on Monday.

All this, he added has led to money politics that saw the end of Barisan Nasional-Umno regime in 2018 (general elections).

“So, be reminded that it can happen to us (Amanah)”.
