KUALA LUMPUR, March 16 – UMNO Secretary-General Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan has announced that all 21,039 branch meetings nationwide which started on February 15 has been postponed indefinitely.

This is decided on the back of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“UMNO management meeting today made two decisions, which are the postponement of all 21,039 party branch meetings that started on Feb 15 indefinitely,” he said in a media statement.

He said all party programs involving public participation are not advisable for the moment and must be deferred to another date.
