Chini voters must reject PH proxy – Mohamad Hasan

PEKAN, June 27 – Chini by-election is likely to reject the candidate who has ties to Pakatan Harapan (PH), UMNO deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said.
He said this was based on a 22-month opportunity to rule the country was wasted by the PH to cause the people suffer and the country to be in chaos in many ways.
“We already know who Pakatan Hope is. That’s why they are not contesting in Chini but planted its proxy. We see, the odor of the so-called free candidates is supported by party machines who do not want to contest.
“That is what I hope from Chini voters on July 4, opt for Barisan Nasional (BN).
“Show to all Malaysians, all who wish to join the voters in Tanjung Piai, Rantau, Semenyih and Cameron Highlands that we can no longer accept the alliance of Pakatan Harapan, and they must be defeated in this by-election. General election 15 is also coming, ”he added.
Mohamad who is also Rantau assemblyman, said this at a ‘ceramah’ in Paloh Hinai here on Friday night.
Also present were Pekan MP Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak, UMNO supreme council member Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman and Kedah UMNO liaison chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Jamil Khir Baharom.
On the other hand, the parties in the PH have their own agenda and ideology and that is why the coalition does not succeed in the unity of the BN and PAS apart from other party partners, he said.
Mohamad also pointed out that UMNO and the BN had never marginalized anyone under its 62-ruling.
“In the history of our administration, UMNO has never left anyone behind. So it’s important that we work together to make this a peaceful, multiracial country that we can work together to build a life for everyone. This is what our philosophy is.
“Don’t get caught up in the accusations that UMNO and PAS are racist,” he said.
