KUALA LUMPUR, June 11 – What is your intention of producing fake news and letters?

Secretary-General Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan questions those who propagated the lies, notably the letter which says Sembrong Member of Parliament Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein has been expelled from the party.

“Weird. There was no such Supreme Council meeting today, not even in our schedule. No other statement whatsoever was issued on this matter, except on the president’s audience with the King,” the Pontian MP said in his Twitter.

“They simply want to run a wedge and draw sympathy.

“Maybe they have nothing to do during this lockdown, stress, not afraid of being sinful, going bananas of something else,” he said.

The fake letter purportedly signed by Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi mentioned how Foreign Minister Hishammuddin was sacked by Umno for contravening Article 20.8 (a), (b), and (g) of the party Constitution.
