The people are BN’s ‘Poster Boy’, says Zahid

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 6 – Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said BN is people-based because they are the coalition’s utmost priority, and therefore should be made ‘poster boy’ in any elections.

“BN is theirs, They deserve every rights to become our Poster Boy. BN is for all,” he exerted in his FB posting.

He was commenting on a suggestion by PPBM’s Information Chief Wan Saiful Wan Jan who also prepared his party’s manifesto book for Umno to name Zahid and former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak as the poster boy for Johor state election (PRN). Najib had earlier slammed Wan Saiful on the social media platforms.

“This PRN will of course make the Chief Minister of Mentri Besar as the poster boy as had been the case in Melaka election. Why me and Zahid or even Prime Minister (Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob)? That was a foolish challenge,” said Najib.

He further said PPBM actually did not comprehend such a concept when the used ‘Abah Sayang Melaka’ and might also use ‘Abah Sayang Johor’ but is afraid to defend their state seats.

Najib said Johor PRN is different.

He also chided PPBM to make its president Muhyiddin Yassin as their poster boy for Johor election.
