BN optimistic on Johorians support – Ahmad Maslan

JOHOR BAHRU, Feb 21 – Secretary-General Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan is optimistic that Barisan Nasional (BN) will be able to wrest Permas and Johor Jaya state seats from Pakatan Harapan (PH).

Based on his observation in his visit to Pasir Gudang parliamentary constituency, he is confident it can be attained in the state election next month.

“I met Umno Pasir Gudang and MCA for Permas and Johor Jaya respectively.

“Our sincere to the division chief who is also former Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin. BN stands a good chance, nothing is impossible. We are getting help from Umno Sabah,” he said.

The Pontian MP had earlier visited Umno divisions in Labis, Sekijang, Mersing, Kota Tinggi, Tebrau,Tenggara, Kulai, Pengerang, Ledang, Muar, Bakri and others.

Ahmad had also said the Johor voters were seen to be on the right momentum to return BN in the state.

“Our machinery is on high spirit to secure victory. However, do not be complacent.”
