BARISAN Nasional (BN) denies rumours that some of its MPs are involved in the Opposition move to oust the government.
Its deputy chairman Mohamad Hasan says BN will not do it as the coalition has promised to uphold the Unity Government led by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
Saying at Mindef, he says the move is difficult since the Anti-Hopping Law was approved by the Parliament.
“The government has a majority of 148 and it is quite strong,” he says commenting on Bersatu man Muhammad Faiz Na’aman that Perikatan Nasional has the support of 126 MPs.
