UMNO will conduct a post-mortem on its losses in the recently concluded state elections, said Vice Presiden Mohamed Khaled Nordin.

Speaking in Serdang, he said many factors attributed to the heavy losses, especially in Terengganu, Kelantan and Kedah.

To mounting pressure for its President Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to resign, Khaled said it is not necessary.

“Let it cool down first, find our weaknesses. Asking Zahid to resign will not solve anything.”
