PARTY president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi yesterday took a jab at a former Umno member for calling the party leadership in the Unity Government as ‘a pain in the ass’.
He said there are members in the ex-member circle who incite hatred for the goverment for introducing the Main Database Centre (PADU).
“There are parties who made allegations that our data will be used by the government, especially by the Economic Ministry to dig into individuals’ data and share it with others,” he said in Banting, last night.
Zahid also said 22 per cent of the citizen are against any initiative introduced by the government.
The former member is believed to be Khairy Kamaluddin who recently launched stinging attacks on Umno leadership.
