BARISAN Nasional (BN) will not resort to any personal assassination and carpet bombings during the Nenggiri by-election campaign, said its chairman Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

BN will instead focus on it development agenda rather than criticising other parties.

“The people are already familiar with the lies and slanders of the Opposition. Let them do their way, let them use the dirty ways but we will be clean in our campaign.

“We somehow need to give clear explanation to the people on the lies and slanders. Let them weigh it,” he said in Gua Musang during the by-election nomination day on August 3rd.
