KLUANG UMNO and Barisan Nasional will accept whoever chosen by the party to contest in the Mahkota by-election, said Kluang division chief Datuk Mohd Jais Sardi.

He said they will work together with the candidate to ensure victory for the party.

In a press conference at World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur yesterday, he said Kluang Umno machinery is ready and well-prepared for the by-election on September 29. Nomination day will be on September 14.

“Yes, we will abide by any decision by the top leadership

“Their decision is the party decision.”
