UMNO President Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said he has yet to meet up with the party’s Supreme Council member Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz on rumours that the latter is leaving the party soon.

Zahid said in Ipoh on Tuesday that he is willing to discuss it anytime with the International Trade Minister.

“We have been seeing each other occassionally but never discussed it, maybe he will find a suitable time to do so since the Parliament is sitting.

“If I am not outstation, I am always at the Parliament. So, let my office of his arrange the date,” he said.

Tengku Zafrul has been rumoured to be leaving Umno to join PKR (Parti Keadilan Rakyat).
