KUALA LUMPUR, June 28 Jun – Puteri questions the effectiveness of the extended MCO 3.0 since its parameter remains the same.

Its chief Datuk Zahida Zarik Khan said with almost 100,000 factories are in operation, the effort to contain the pandemic would be at jeopardy.

“Will we succeed? Hopefully the nation can bring down the number of new infection which stood at 5,000 now so that we can move to Phase 2 of the MCO SOP.

“We are made to stay home when the factories are allowed to operate and they are the largest contributor to the Covid-19 pandemic,” she said in a FB posting.
Without new measures to contain it, she said the people will be ‘prorogued’ longer, citing Albert Einstein’s infamous quote, ‘continue to do same things over and over and expecting different results is a wisdom of fools.’

“Not me who made the accusation, it is how he described the insanity of it.

“But it fits the situation because of the same parameter sits for the extended MCO until mid-July,” she said.
