KUALA LUMPUR, July 12 – Puteri Chief Datuk Zahida Zarik Khan today questions why Perikatan Nasional (PN) don colors similar to Barisan Nasional (BN) logo.
She said PN’s action in adopting such an approach turned out to be disastrous since they had lost badly in the Melaka State Election (PRN) and also in Johor.
“They lost badly, the people rejected them in the Melaka and Johor PRNs.
“Obviously, the people are wise to evaluate, choose a party that is proven to be able to serve, not a party that has no principles and is treacherous to the voters,” she said in a FB posting.
In the Melaka PRN, PN only won two State Assembly (DUN) seats out of 28 seats compared to 21 seats by BN.
Meanwhile, in the Johor PRN, PN only got three while BN 40 out of 56 seats.
Recently, PN Chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said they would introduce a new logo to be used in the 15th General Election (GE15).
